Al Dafwaa Restaurant — Rebrand & Menu System in Saudi Arabia
Al Dafwaa has operated in Saudi Arabia since 1991, serving Eastern and Lebanese dishes alongside catering. The design work refreshed an established restaurant rather than inventing a new one, which meant respecting recognition while modernising the customer-facing system.

An established restaurant should not wake up as a stranger
The rebrand kept the business recognisable while cleaning the visual language around menus, packaging and communication.

The menu is the core sales document
Large food ranges need disciplined photography, grouping and hierarchy. Menu layouts were built to help customers navigate categories rather than simply display attractive dishes.

The identity had to reach the street
Delivery vehicles, packaging, printed items and social material extended the refreshed look beyond the dining table, creating a more consistent public presence.
