Tavuk Ustam — Restaurant Brand System in Istanbul
Tavuk Ustam is an Istanbul restaurant built around fresh, traditional food. The project expanded well beyond a logo: the brand had to survive on a storefront, menu, takeaway pack, uniform and interior proposal while still feeling like the same place.

A restaurant identity is spatial
The signboard and interior context were considered together with the printed identity. That makes the brand recognizable before a customer reads the menu.
Food packaging carries the experience outside
Takeaway packaging and branded service items extend the restaurant beyond the table. Their proportions and graphic treatment were designed to feel part of the same environment.
The system had to be usable by staff
Menus, profile material and uniforms rely on straightforward rules, making the visual identity easier to maintain as offers and operational needs change.
